Tracking field updates

Hello Catherine, We don't keep track of who changes data inside a custom form, but you can add in columns for "Last Updated By: Name" and "Last Update Date" in the view on the Custom Form list, or Custom Field list. That'll at least get you pretty close to what you're looking for. We're also in the process of adding additional logging into the system to help system admins keep track of what's going on.
