Tracking capex hours on project vs all hours

I have created a capex project which has both capex and non-capex tasks in it. i want to report on the capex hours as well as non capex hours for finance. is there a way to do this? Leslie Adams Books-A-Million, Inc.

Hi: Here is how we do it: We have a custom form we put on every task. It is called "Capital". It has a drop down with "Yes" and "No"; We set the capital flag appropriate to the work being performed; We run reports that divide baseline, current forecast, and actual hours by this capital flag (love that Matrix reporting capability); At a high level, that's how we do it.
