Approval process adds time to the planned completion date for the worker

Does anyone want to share how they handle the fact that the approval process will add a day to the planned completion date? So if a worker has 3 days to do something and there is an approval placed on that task, then it will show the worker that they have 4 days, and when they hit "work on it" they will commit to a 4-day deadline. Even though the extra day is for someone else to approve the completion of the task. What was your solution? Did you just take away a day from the worker so that they would see the intended completion date? -skye

Hi: You just set the configuration to add zero days for the approval workflow. Go to Setup, Processes, Approvals, Settings (on the right side, near the top) Uncheck the first box. Does that help?
