Timesheet Submission Notification

Hello All,

I am having issue with Timesheet event notification.

1. Approver is not receiving the email when it is submitted.

2. Timesheet Owner is not receiving the email when timesheet is rejected. 

 

I have attached my current timesheet settings here. Anyone had similar issues regarding timesheet settings? Any help is appreciated to resolve this!

@DeepaMa1 - In addition to the system settings, there are group settings for notifications. If you use groups to breakdown your Workfront structure, then check the email notifications in the groups as well as the system.

 

Also, users have the ability to edit their own notifications. I would double check the user's settings.

Thank you @KellieGardner. I was missing the group settings for notification. Now, we are getting the email notification. Thank you very much for your help!
