Timesheet Losing Line Items - FIXED THE ISSUE

We have been having ongoing issues with line items disappearing from timesheets. We have managed to figure a work around for this issue by going into the task itself and deleting/re-inserting the users name. However now our 'Hour Types' have disappeared from a number of users timesheets ie Annual Leave, Personal Leave etc. Can anyone tell me how to get this information back in timesheets? Thank you. Amended the details in the timesheet approver profile. All fixed.
