What file format does Workfront consider to be a text based document for the Text tool to appear is it only Word documents? It appears as an option in some of our proofs, but not all and I can't seem to figure out why. Thanks!

Hi @FelipaReyes we use multi-page PDF files in Proofing and since we build these files in InDesign and we choose not to outline the text we are able to select text with the proofing text tool. If we outlined the text or created the file in Photoshop as a JPG both of these options would result in text that would not be selectable due to the way the file was created.

To follow up it might be a simple matter of vector files vs raster files
