What file format does Workfront consider to be a text based document for the Text tool to appear is it only Word documents? It appears as an option in some of our proofs, but not all and I can't seem to figure out why.  Thanks!

Has anyone had any issues with converting Word docs to Proofs?We use Microsoft Word Templates (dotx) files, update with new content and save as a Word doc (docx). However, those new Word docs aren't successfully converted to proofs. Any ideas?
