You can select the column and Advanced Options and Sum (see attached). But you'll have to ensure you have a Grouping of some sort. If you do a simple Grouping (say by Project) it'll give you that Sum at the top (Grouping blue line). If you do a Matrix Report, it'll give you the Sum at the bottom.
