Simple Hour Report Help

Hello - I thought I had a report like this but now I'm drawing a blank trying to figure out...... I have a very simple hour report for "Hours Logged by my Direct Reports" with maybe 15 people on it. we are trying to get everyone to log all their hours and so this report has a date prompt to see timeframes etc. they thought the report was incorrect because a few people were not showing up at all, but it's because the hadn't logged any time (back in 2018 early 2019 they did) can I have the people still show up even if it's a "zero time logged" and then have a column that has "Last Entry Date"??? any help appreciated =) Tegwyn Stockdale Workfront System Admin / Production Coordinator BayCare Clearwater, Florida

Dear Tegwyn, The great news is it is certainly possible. It may not be simple. As with most things Workfront, there are a few options. Presumably you are creating timesheets, so the best option may be a timesheet based report with a filter on users who report to (ManagerID=$$USER.ID), grouped by user. Each user with a timesheet profile would have a timesheet regardless of if they've entered time, you could bring back total hours for your timesheet period and have the manager drill into any timesheets that are low. You have a last update date field on a timesheet, but not necessarily against each individual hour entry. If that doesn't work, we're going to have to sit down and have a chat about collections and/or EXISTS reports - certainly not simple options. Barry Buchanan - WMA Work Management Australia
