Hello, I have had a number of reported issues where users cannot allocate the correct start time to tasks and get an error message (see attached). I would love assistance on how to troubleshoot and resolve this other than checking the timings setting are correct on their computer and workfront. Many thanks

we are seeing same issue in our instance. I have ticket open with support on this.
Problem with the resolution suggested by Kiersten is that users clean there cookies almost all the time. Most would apply a browser setting to clear them on exit. Still issues happen
We have had this issue in the past. We had our users clear the browser cache and history and it resolved. Have your users attempted this? We also tried other browsers to see if the behavior existed. If it does exists in other browsers and after clearing the cache/history, I recommend submitting a support ticket.
