Require Comment when Rejecting an approval

I believe this is a Yes. Go under the check mark in the upper right corner to activate the Workfront Proof screen. (old PHQ) click in the upper right on account settings. Click on Decisions, make sure changes needed or changes required is checked with display reason and message. We only give them two options instead of all 4. Then under reasons make sure require at least one selection to be enabled as yes . You can allow multiple reasons and give them a drop down. Under the reasons box there is a "new reason" box. Create your options here, there is no way to free form text for the person entering the reason, only a check box. Hope this helps. Samantha Senior Specialist, Creative Services 817-424-2186
