Is there a way to run a report that pulls all requests in the system and groups them by the home team or group of the requester? Looking to have an overview of how many requests are being worked on for Group A, Group B, Group C, etc. Morgan R
Hey Morgan, You can group by Entered By > Home Group ID or Entered By > Home Team ID. If you'd rather see the group/team name rather than ID, you can switch to text mode and switch out "ID" with ":name" textmode=false group.0.linkedname=enteredBy group.0.namekey=view.relatedcolumn group.0.valuefield=enteredBy:homeGroup :name group.0.namekeyargkey.0=enteredBy group.0.namekeyargkey.1=homeGroup :name group.0.valueformat=string Does this help?
