Once the request queue is submitted along with a few custom forms, we need to restrict any further modifications to the custom form fields. A business rule logic should be implemented to ensure that only the custom forms are restricted post-submission, while other fields such as overview, status, etc., can still be edited

You could try disabling the 'Edit custom form' option in the permission sharing settings. This is a simple step and allows you to make changes to the form in the future if needed.

Thank you for the response. However, the case requires that the restriction should apply when we submit the request to the queue.

You can also look into the Queue Project Settings (three dot menu next to Project Name) -> Edit -> scroll to Access. From there you have a choice what someone can do after they submit a Request.
Thanks for the reference. However, that solution is not correct because it only restricts access levels. Our requirement is specifically to restrict the custom form fields in the request queue and also restrict documents after submission. This needs to be implemented using business rules, as access level permissions alone will not achieve the expected result. If possible, please provide a resolution for this requirement. Thanks in advance

Hi @DonPe3 - Unfortunately, I do not have a business rule to supply.
I did do a test and updated the Access settings as noted above to View and to no allow adding of documents once a user submits a request and it met your above requirements, not sure if you have tried this yet? I have found that when I update these settings it does not update the existing requests in the queue project, but just the new requests that are submitted.
Thanks!
