Are there any Traffic Managers out there? If so, any ideas on how to report on or track the estimated time it takes me to assign requests to Project Managers/Designers. Hey Leslie, I'm a traffic coordinator, and my manager is the traffic manager for our company. We log time to each project we open and then pull reporting for total number of jobs opened grouped by person and hours reports to show how much time we logged. We also use issues on projects for when timeline adjustments need to be made - we log our time to those and track the type of issue so we have data to implement process updates to correct any inefficiencies. -Drew Drew Conklin Reliant
