Report of all users who have submitted a request in a certain timeframe?

I'm looking to build a user report that pulls all active users who have submitted requests in our production environment in the last 12 months.

Has anyone here done something like that before or have any pointer on how to go about creating a report like this?

Hi Matthew -

You can start with a Request report and then in the Filters you can select:

Entered By >> Is Active = True

Request >> Entry Date = Past Year (or you can select custom dates)

@MatthewLi1 you may see this as an Issue report (the native name, not request report). You can also then group your request report by ‘entered by name’ so you can see X person submitted 8 requests, Y person submitted 3, etc. so you’d get not only users that submitted but also how many.

If this helped you, please mark correct to help others : )

Hi Morgan - Would this work for pulling in the original requestor if the issue/request is converted into a project?

Yes, since you are pulling in the request data it should be pulling in the original requestor, the entered by is system created.
