Custom metadata created on AEM is not seen on Workfront

We are setting up AEM assets in Workfront. For couple of environments, the custom metadata (created using metadata schema) defined in AEM is seen on  Workfront as shown below. But for couple of other environments, the custom metadata is not shown. Any idea what could be happening here? We are observing this difference in environments that belong to the same Cloudmanager program.
