Hello. Looking for some insight.
We think someone may have accidentally deleted a duplicate Status we were using. I realize it is a duplicate, and we don't actually care that it's gone, but now everything that was using that Status is back to Under Review status and we are having to go back to 2023 sorting it out.
Is there any way to restore a removed status? Or any other solution for this....

How would that help? Is there something specific that I do in the Preview or Sandbox?

Preview has the data from last weekend (until some time on Sunday) - if you need to look things up
Like - run a report on Preview for items with the deleted status and do an export?
Of course that only works if the status was deleted this week (as Preview gets overwritten from PROD on weekends)

It didn't, unfortunately... I tried a plethora of different reports, but nothing seemed to worked.
