Modern Browsers include options to have multiple home pages that open automatically when you open your browser session. Here's some tips on loading your workspaces faster:

  1. Make Workfront your initial Home page (farthest left) if you are in Workfront ~50%+ of your day.
  2. Save multiple homepages that link to your most commonly used Workfront Dashboards, Projects, Reports, Agile Teams, etc.
  3. Educate all of your Workers and Planners to do the same to reduce reliance on emails and build a more collaborative work environment.

*Bonus Tip: Coupling these tips with a strong Layout template strategy and Workfront can really make your work more efficient!

A strong layout strategy is the key to getting everyone on (literaly) "the same page". When people who are working together see the same data in the same format, it makes it that much easier to collaborate.

Bonus tip: Creating layouts according to job role has enabled us to standardise our forms, reports, filters, views, groupings, naming conventions, etc. This way all Client Services sees the same information in the same format, Creatives see the same thing all other creatives see, etc. This makes it easier to train as well as support and maintain.
