Proofs in Limbo

Hi all- I have an Art director who is also a designer. When he creates a proof, he sends it to directly to the requestor. However, it still kicks it to him for approval. leaving him with about 50 or so proofs just sitting in his approval que. Does anyone know if there is anyway that when a worker has 2 roles in the system, we can skip that approval to the same person? Thank you! Kimberley Trask Equinox Holdings, Inc.

is this via Proof's automated workflow? If so, can he just have a separate one that only he uses? -skye

The art director needs to also mark himself as a review, and not an approver or approver and reviewer. Hope that helps. OK Good luck. That would work if he is the only designer. If there is a team of designers and he wants to see everyone else's work, they will an automated workflow with him in it. -skye
