With the latest round of updates, Proof HQ is causing a great deal of confusion. One issue is that when someone uploads a document in Workfront and creates a proof, the proof is automatically being added to their "My Approvals" tab as well as the "Work I've submitted for approval" tab. Why is the proof creator being automatically set as a reviewer/approver? Is this happening because of the default proof role in Proof HQ is set to "reviewer/approver"? If this is happening to me, should my default be "Author"? Just one of many confusing and inconsistent behaviors that we're seeing in Proof HQ. Chris Watson KVH Industries, Inc.
