Proof workflow disappears when worker adds new version

Hi there, One of my workers is having a problem where they create a proof with a workflow attached, then when they drag and drop a new version of the document ON TOP of the original proof, the workflow disappears. Has anyone else had this issue? It's extremely frustrating! Thanks! Kate Behnen Verizon Telematics Inc.

When you create a new proof (under doc's) use the button on the left that says add new proof. Then on the second you MUST highlight the first version, then click the more drop down to add "new version" then drag and drop. If you do not use the "new version" it will not pick up the workflow. My MAC users have this issue from time to time and I have to remind them they MUST use the "new version" drop down for it to work. They are so use to dragging and dropping, they forget.
