Proof comment not visible in UI

Hi,

This might seem like a straightforward issue, but I haven’t been able to resolve it.

A user is unable to see the proof comment in the Documents area. The comment is visible once they click into the proof itself, but it doesn’t appear in the main Workfront UI.

Do you know what might be causing this?

They should show in the updates section of the document.

Some things you can check:

  • Make sure the comments weren't made on a "private stage" through the proofing workflow.
  • Verify the system access level allows comments to be viewed and that the "only view updates in which they have been included in the conversation" isn't turned on

This is super helpful. It turns out the issue was with the access level setting, just as you mentioned. Thanks a lot!
