Project Time Rejection Notification

Is Workfront capable of sending notifications when time is rejected at the project level? I'm not seeing that as an option currently but not sure if I'm missing it.

Hi @KatieO4

Thank you for your question! Currently, Workfront does not have a built-in notification specifically for time entry rejections at the project level. I would recommend submitting a feature idea on our Innovation Lab HERE

However, there are a few options.

  1. Leverage Workfront's built-in notification for approvals/rejections at the timesheet level (My timesheet is rejected)
  2. When rejecting a timesheet at the project level, time approvers can "@" mention the affected user in the project updates - this will trigger a notification
  3. Create a timesheet report to identify rejected timesheets based on the filter entry "status = rejected" - schedule a report delivery to be sent to relevant users (Create custom report | Schedule an automatic report delivery)
