Portfolios and Programs

I'm new to Workfront and have not figured out how to track a program in multiple portfolios. Does Workfront have the capabilities to track a program in multiple portfolios. For example I'd like to track a product (program) in the Product Portfolio, but I'd also like to track the product (program) in the Fall Portfolio.
