PM Hour Approval

We have a group that will be using Workfront who would like to prevent a Team Members manager from approving a timesheet until all Project Managers that the Team Member is working for have approved the time reported on their respective projects. We understand that the project level time approval in WF today is in place to be used with billing records, not timesheets. Has anyone found a way to do what our group would like to see? Natively, project managers don't get notified of hour approvals on projects - they just wander into the 'hours' and approve what's there. If you enable approval on projects in your templates and that's it, the majority of PM's probably won't actual go through and approve hours unless you have a strong billing records culture and they need to do it to add the hours. So, you need to build a dashboard and bake it into the PM's interface layout showing 'in their face' they hours that need approval. Just include in the filter only hours that are on an approved timesheet. You will also want to bake an 'approved on timesheet' filter into their hour lists view, and you might sneakily log in as each PM and select it as the 'sticky' filter when you launch the process change.
