Around mid-day on Monday, July 21, I stopped received any updates or notifications in the Workfront app for Teams. Notification settings have not changed. Before I submit a ticket, has anyone else experienced this?

The issue seems to have resolved itself. Last Thursday night, I got a avalanche of backlogged notifications, then Friday was business as usual.
Hi there, have you upgraded to the New Teams? You need to be on New Teams for the WF plugin to work.
"As of July 1, 2025, Microsoft will remove support for the Classic Teams desktop app. As a result, the Workfront integration with Microsoft Teams will not be supported once the Classic Teams desktop app is no longer available." More info here.
Yes, I upgraded in late June and have been successfully using WF/Teams until Monday.

Hmm I think this is happening to me too. Just realized it. I'll have to test more tmrw once I get back into the office.
The same happened to me, but on Friday I received notifications again, so I'm hoping the issue is now resolved.
Yes! Same here. Notifications magically started appearing again. I got an avalanche of them Thursday after hours, then Friday was back to business as usual.
