Same with me and my users. I've been on hold with Support for going on 11 minutes and also put in a case.

Performed a Windows update this am. Hopefully not related. Cleared cache and closed browser without luck.

What bothers me is that this ticket is numbered #5,943. That sounds like a lot of previous issues.

I spoke with support, there is a known outage. They are working on posting an update to the status page. I am cluster 05. Here is the new status page https://status.adobe.com/products/5943
