Multiple Que Routing Rules

Hey Workfront Community, Looking at the Que Routing rules, I cannot determine if you can have more than one routing rule to go from one team to another. For example, If I want the client to create the request and it get routed to their Leadership team member, then from the Leadership team member to our Intake (Client & Channel) team for vetting to our project manager. Hi Erika, It won't do that with the routing. You can have multiple Routing Rules but you can only have one rule for each Queue Topic. So the routing rules are used for another purpose. But depending on what you want each of these people to do when they get the request, you might use the Approval process to accomplish your goal. You could set up an Approval Process with Stages. 1st Stage goes to Leadership team member If approved 2nd stage goes to your Intake Team Hope that helps.
