Routing Rules based on Form Response

Hello! I want to route requests to a specific user based on whether the requestor chooses option A or B from a new field on a Custom Form. Is this possible?

 

If not, what is the workaround for getting requests rooted based on the form response?

this isn't possible, and the workaround would be either to use Fusion to do it, or to do it outside the form, as a queue topic with the desired routing.
