Request queue - Routing rules specific questions

Is there a way to tie routing rules to specific responses in a custom form? and what the process is for doing it. In a dropdown list of 4 items, ideally, if the user picks marketing from the dropdown, the request would be assigned to the marketing team, if the user picks promotions it would be assigned to the promotion teams, and so on.

That is not supported within native WF functionality and would require the use of Fusion to route requests based on form responses. If you need that functionality but do not have Fusion, then Queue Topics with routing rules associated for each of those dropdown items would be needed to accomplish that process.

Hi,

No, this is not an option yet in Workfront.

Alternatively, I would suggest having all basic general questions in one custom form.

And for all specific assignments have a specific queue/custom form set. When you are adding these under project queue topics, make sure to add the general custom form and the respective custom form to those queue topics and default assignees before you save. This way we are letting requestors choose the right queue before they add details. (Enclosing screencapture)

Second alternative, is to use fusion. I understand this is possible with fusion.
