Hi Michelle! I just created something like this a few weeks ago, so it is fresh in my mind.
For the filter on a Report Report (or I just created a custom filer on my All Reports page), I used 'Scheduled Report >> Schedule >> Is Not Blank
For the columns, I used:
- Scheduled Report: Recipients
- Schedule Report: Schedule
- Scheduled Report: Schedule Time
- Scheduled Report: Last Sent Date
- Schedule Report: Recurrence Rule
