I attended my first Leap in 2017. There is so much on offer at Leap that it's tough to distill it, it all depends upon what you do while you're there. There are instructional courses ranging from some of the basics to more advanced courses, one-on-ones, networking sessions, "birds of a feather" sessions (meeting and talking with users in a similar industry/job role as you), and of course the General Sessions. Personally, I was a relatively new user/admin and learned a LOT while I was there. My goal for 2018 is to bring a few co-workers with me to help expand our knowledge base within the company.
