Thank you for sharing your experience. I love that you found out that you could optimize the way you had been set up in Workfront after a few years and make it better. A few questions for you!
How did you document your processes so that you could reflect the changes that needed to be made in Workfront (like removing the redundant request queues)?
Did you do fancy work with calculated fields or anything in the request queues to fit the needs of each different team? Do you use routing rules?
There is so much in this presentation, I might have to come back and watch it again to take in more.
