has anyone had when your Kanban board for a team is broken - no longer automatically moving to the correct category/ status on the board.
When a team changes the request status, it's not reflecting to the same status on the Kanban board and vice versa.
For example, one request which status I have changed to 'in progress' but its staying in the 'new' column on the Kanboard board.
It was previously working.

I have the same problem and Support has been trying to track it down for a few weeks now. The best thing you can do is submit a support ticket with sceenshots or better yet, video. The more this gets reported, the more resources they will throw at it to solve.

I've raised it with them. It's also the second time this has happened to me with a different team.
