Our account manager is having trouble scrolling to the bottom of a comment in a proof. When using the scroll bar to scroll to the bottom in order to edit the content, the scroll bar bounces back to the top of the comment in the box as opposed to allowing us to access content below what's already visible in the box. The only way she can access that content to edit it is to use the down arrow. Shouldn't the scroll bar allow us to access all the content in the comment box no matter how much content is in there?
