Notes from today's meeting and things I promised… Sept/October user group meeting at UPMC, more to come on date/time When we have a date, I'll start a new thread for anyone who wants to carpool into dahntahn from west of the city (Moon/Robinson area). We can find a place to meet up. I'll start a new thread on what I found out re: Pgh Bootcamp session - sounds promising Time-off option to come, sounds like soon, so that tasks do not push out due to an assignee's time-off, plus calendaring options for entered time-off Calculated Fields to pull task custom fields up to the project level… Here's a link with info on creating calculated custom fields https://experience.workfront.com/s/article/Using-Calculated-Custom-Data-936956366 But, I also vaguely remembered a recent discussion from the Global community about something similar, I think this is it. A report of collections from the tasks data on a project custom tab was my next thought for this. Looks like they covered it here. I've recently started keeping real detailed notes on any collection report I do so I can reference it next time! LOL Worker's ability to delete a task Felicia, I think I found the answer to a worker license being able to delete a task - they need to be given Manage access on the task, they can't be given Manage access to the project, but they can be given it at the task level. Ohh! I'm excited about UPMC hosting, since I can walk down the street! Things are crazy here at GNC right now, as we lost two PMs on the Marketing side and are anticipating some sort of reorganization in the near future. Other than training/on boarding newbies, all of my Workfront'ing has been pushed aside in order to manage the workload. Hopefully there's some relief in sight, soon, as I haven't been able to keep up with the recent updates and see how they'll affect my users. Bree Main General Nutrition Centers, Inc.

Excited to attend an offsite at UPMC! I think I might work remotely from town that day, any recos of where I can set up camp for the day? Might take the T into town for old time's sake! Also, we are in the process of implementing Library and should be able to provide an update at our next meeting about it.
