Issue with ticket submission

I could not find a community group for general questions, so I am posting here as I am a WF admin.

 

I am trying to submit a support ticket, but can't as the Case Description field won't let me enter text.  And I can't submit w/o filling in the field. And I can't submit a ticket to report the issue with submitting a support ticket, because that would require me to enter a Case Description.  Catch-22, so that's why I'm here.

Hi, are you still experiencing this? I just went to the Support area and am seeing you can start typing in that box and that default text disappears. If still not working, you can call in instead of submitting a ticket and let them know what you're experiencing (aside from what you're actual issue is about).
