Is there any way I can run a report to show What custom form is being used/ has existing data? For example, I want to delete unused custom form and custom fields from Workfront. Our system has lots of old fields and old custom forms. Please advise. Md Rahman Freedom Mortgage Corporation

There might be a better way but what I do for Fields is I just scroll through the fields looking for blanks in the Custom Form column. Go to Setup > Custom Forms > Fields tab. Far right column contains the Forms that use that field. If it's blank, the field is not used in any custom forms. For Forms, I run a report with a simple filter looking for the Category ID of whatever Forms I'm looking to see are used. You might have to repeat this for each object (Issue, Task, Project). I couldn't find a field that would indicate whether the form was ever used. But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I just couldn't find any. Of course there's always the option of doing nothing J . Unless something is specifically causing heartburn, I've found that sometimes it's better to leave it alone (and clean things up as I come across them). You can create a report and use Category Name for the custom data form. If there is a custom form associated with a project or task it will show up in that list and that will tell you what forms are associated. There might be a field also to see if it has data or not but I haven't tried that. - Scott

Yeah the Category ID and Category Name field seem to produce the same result now. You can use the custom form name in either. "When I was a kid...." we had to paste the actual GUID for the Category ID. Glad they changed that J Vic Alejandro, PMP, CSM | IT | Sr. IT Project Manager Denver Water | t: (303-628-7262) | c: (303-319-6473) "http://www.denverwater.org/"> http://www.denverwater.org INTEGRITY | VISION | PASSION | EXCELLENCE | RESPECT
