Is there a way to recalculate an issues "path" when issue has been moved to another project.

We have some reports that work off of projects and what issues are tied to them. Sometimes issues are submitted incorrectly and we have to move them under the right project. But because they keep the same path in overview "issue path" they aren't showing up. (it fixes breadcrumb above though). I tried recalculating but that doesn't work.

I don’t think there’s a way to change it. Any chance you can make use of the new copy feature? https://one.workfront.com/s/document-item?bundleId=the-new-workfront-experience&topicId=Content%2FMa...

Do you mean changing the queue topic path on an issue? The only way I've found to change this is by :

  1. Running a report on the issues I want to update
  2. Adding a column for queue topic name
  3. Manually deleting the original queue topic from the issue, via the report
  4. Typing in correct/new queue topic name for each issue - you have to do this manually for each issue. I haven't found a way to bulk edit these.
