Anyone using the Request Condition field with options like "Going smoothly," "Some concerns," and "Major roadblocks"? Does it always have to be manually selected from a dropdown, or can it be similar to project Condition ("On Target", "At Risk", "In Trouble") and can update automatically based on some sort of progress?
Hi @ab_cdef - This article has more information about how it works. It looks like the condition is automatically changed when 'work on it' is selected or you change the status but from there it is manual.
You could add it to the task header through layout templates to make it easier for the user to change (then it is in the same place to change as task status).
