Hi Benetta, the only way I know to share a report with a non-Workfront user is Report Actions>Send Report. Type in a valid email address. The recipient gets the report in an HTML attachment.

Robert, Can I share a Dashboard externally? If so how? Thanks.

Hi Benetta, there isn't a way to share a dashboard -- only reports. Another option, depending on your situation, is to embed the report (or reports in a dashboard) in a web frame. To do this, set the report to share public, grab the link, and place that in the iFrame. You can have this in a sharepoint or on a web page. It runs the report so that you always have current information and does not enable links or other things that would get the viewer into the system.

Thanks Marty. I learn something every day. When a report is embedded in an iframe do we need to code the report to run as an administrator so that the viewer sees all the objects?
