How would someone highlight the due date in a view if it is changed?

I am setting up a personalized view for a colleague and cannot figure out how to highlight the due date for an issue if it has been changed. There are plenty of options to highlight if the date falls before or after a certain period, but I would like highlight the due date in red if the original due date assigned was moved. Does anyone know a simple conditional format to accomplish this?
