We've run into an issue where reviewers and approvers are:
receiving a Workfront notification of a comment made in a proof that they are assigned to
replying to that comment via the Outlook plugin or directly in the Updates timeline, not within the proof directly
their comments are not appearing in the proof for the writer or design to see in one place, requiring the content owner to review not only the proof but also the document Updates series for comments and responses
Is there a way to ensure that replies to proof comments then flow back into the proof OR do you have no choice but to go into the proof and comment there?
I've attached a screen shot of what we're seeing - a comment in the proof and then a response to that comment (submitted in this case by me via the Outlook plugin > Reply to Comment function) showing up in Updates but not in the proof comment.
