This is where you should start with Adobe Workfront Documentation. this has few great tutorials that helps you start the instance and develop further. 

if you are looking for link to log in - https://<companyname>.my.workfront.com/  update your company name in the url.

@PraveenKodi - To my knowledge, Workfront does not offer free accounts. If you reach out to the sales team they might be able to set your company up with a testing instance.
