Hi Tamara, My organization's IT staff mostly utilize the MY WORK queue, but the IT supervisors and PMs use mostly the project Gantt view with task updates, and our team leads and super users in clinical and business areas just keep it at the HTML email level, clicking into WF and making updates, or emailing their PM and asking them to make the updates. I reside mostly in reports and dashboards, drilling down to query about status on the task, issue and project levels.
