I have a few questions about this. The only thing close in the Innovation Lab is from 2017.
Am I missing how to configure this based on our needs? I find it odd that a system admin can only customize the sections and not which fields appear in the Project Info section, as I imagine a business case would look different based on the type of industry utilizing it. It would be ideal for us to use it for our IT Steering approval.
Can I export it? The help article suggests going to the Business Case Summary and clicking Export. I don't see that anywhere in the NWE Business Case section.
And why am I not allowed to manage which custom forms are visible?
