How do you download a pdf with the comments from the proofing tool included?

How do you download a pdf with the comments from the proofing tool included? There used to be that option when you download the proof, but now I can't find it. We have to submit documents to the state for approval and they use a different system than Workfront. Our project managers have to enter the approvals/rejection comments we receive in two separate systems. It would be nice to know what happened to the export with comments option when downloading the file. Thanks!

Hi, Two follow-up comments to this subject: 1) Obviously this function has stopped working, meaning the comments is still there and a PDF is generated, but all mark-ups is not included anymore (since the latest release). 2) When this is/was working, is there a possibility to download a high resolution PDF (original format) with comments and mark-ups? If so, you can supply this file to external photo editing partner working with much more detailed information. We are using Workfront Proof as a correction tool for picture retouches (as well as regular page corrections) - is someone else working with the system like this? How are you working with this functionality? Any tips or work-arounds? // Jonathan

If you click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the new Proofing veiw, you can open the settings and flip the slid bar to show mark ups. Samantha Williams GameStop Corp.
