How are identifying outdated projects? / Search Issues

We currently have a process in place that identifies items that need to be reviewed annually. We then have a calculated field that determines sixty days from the date of expiration and includes it on a dashboard. However - these expired projects will still appear in our search functionality so it's causing confusion. How do you currently identify outdated/expired projects visually? Editing the project name to add (expired) or (New: 123456) at the end seems messy. However I think that the title is the only clear thing in the search functionality to appear easily. Opening up a project to see if there's a new project # also seems like a lot of work.

Have you considered creating a project report with your standard project view, and adding prompts for status and your custom fields? This can be embedded in a dashboard and published through layout templates. Barry Buchanan - WMA Work Management Australia
