Hour Report with Prompts

Avatar

I've created a Hour Report to pull hours entered into Workfront by users during or after a certain timeframe. This seems to be successfully pulling the logged time from their WF timesheets including logged time and General Time entered. Once I add prompts to the mix, the report 'breaks' resulting in "No data to display."

Tried it with $$USER.ID, Entry ID, Department ID. Same result. If I run it ignoring the prompt it works but then I have to change the filter (eg User ID) manually and rerun the report editing after each iterance. Is it not possible to run Hour or other time reports using prompts?  It's not specifying a data max which could be valid, just the "No data to display" response.

Filters and Prompts:

Entry Date between 2023-07-01T00:00:00:000 and 2024-07-01T00:00:00:000
and Hour Type ID not in 6025cecd009b14c1055f82e448200f4f, 60ce1d2ca1fa5547e0538265290a9222, 9d12ca1bf055d04467109b51f9f6e663, afee9458f60b5f083f309ca9466f4101
and Owner ID in 6127a106000a748d7f45bdccd0bf702b
Prompts Selected:

@TamBo64 If you add Entry Date and User ID to the filter, then you don't want to add it as a prompt as well. What if you changed your filter to just Hour Type > Not Equal > ____ and then apply the prompts for User ID, Department ID, and Entry Date. Does that generate an error? Also, is Department ID a custom field or is that one of the native fields in Workfront?
