hello! I am trying to use the link a proof at the program level documents tab

I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to find a way for a reviewer to see all the proofs in the document section of the program instead of the individual projects. 

When I go Add New > the second to last option is "from Workfront Proof" I can see the proofs but the select is greyed out.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Pauline,

I'm pretty sure this functionality in Proof no longer works or is supported.  Proofing will be deprecated in the future with the Document Approvals function in Workfront.  There is currently no way within the APIs to connect Proofs to Portfolios, its only available at the project level.
